Is Canada legally part of Atlasia or not?
Atlasians may reside abroad in Canada and enjoy voting privileges while living there. For regional elections, each province is "associated" (via "limited jurisdictional authority") with one of the five regions and the voters residing in each province are able to cast ballots in regional elections, too.
This is from the Atlasian-Canadian Common Market Agreement. Canada is still a separate nation.
The people who are whining about this seem to fail to understand that it is the equivalent of an enhanced NAFTA with provisions that allow expats to vote in our elections. Considering that IRL Americans can vote in our elections from anywhere in the world...
