Congressman-elect Tom Emmer picked David FitzSimmons (One of the four GOP State Representatives to vote for gay marriage) to be his Chief of Staff.

Agreed. It's the rep that votes.......but it's seems symbollic, and this guy isn't a symbol, he's probably an excellent choice regardless.
