Hell no. The people who don't vote most often don't understand the issues or what the candidates stand for - do you really want people like that voting?

No, not compulsory, but it should be conditional for any sort of government services such as a driver's license, police protection, citizenship, etc.

If that's the case they shouldn't have to pay taxes either.
