The irony is that all 5 of those Democratic Senators in Romney states won at the same time that Romney won the state.

Donnelly, McCaskill, Warner, Tester, Manchin

Roll call of Democrats who voted for Keystone. Apparently they read the Atlas.

Interesting is that Heidi did not.

I think Heitkamp and Johnson voted nay because the Lakota people are very strongly opposed.
