good question!

well im way to the left of the nc republican party.  actually, im to the left of the nc democrat party.

nclib is also way to the left of the nc democrat party.  i wonder if nclib is a native tarheel?

hey nclib, do you follow the goings on in the state legislature?  you are familiar with state rep paul luebke of durham arent you?

I was born overseas, but have lived in N.C. since I was 5. My parents are from NYC.

I follow them somewhat, but not that closely. I do like Paul Luebke.

luebke is a nice guy.  he was a professor of mine at uncg.  yours and his views are probably pretty similar on most things.

he is a bit of an authoritarian though (just look at his lottery vote).

i poked around on the general assembly web page but i didnt see it.  im sure it is on the site somewhere, though.

i recall seeing the vote listed in the raleigh news and observer also.
