No it's too boring.  Add in tomato at a bare minimum and I 'd go for it.

I've had them.  Usually I only see it on an all-you-can-eat buffet salad bar.  There's some romaine lettuce, typically, or arugula, with some smelly, sharp white cheese, and typically a vinaigrette sauce mixed in.  I usually take a spoonful or two as I pass by, and I throw some black olives and little golfball tomatoes on it and add more dressing.  Why not?  Anyway I voted for the first option.

Mostly I stick to the meats and fishes.
