Atlas posters from sub-Saharan Africa?

Out of curiosity, have there been any sub-Saharan African posters on Atlas?  I've seen a couple Chinese and South American posters, so I was curious if there are any known African ones.

We had a rather bigoted ex-pat Canadian poster who was oiginally from South Africa.  Simfan's parents are from sub-saharan Africa. JAS, is from Ireland but works in Africa.

China doesn't really censor English language sites that much since no one can read it anyway.

My impression of Chinese internet censorship is that it's rather incompetent. I have a friend who has been working in China for several years now and he facebooks along with everybody else. He says that it's technically blocked but everybody knows how to get around it. Similarly, I used to work at a local Memphis high school a few years back and facebook was blocked, but all the students (and these were poor kids in a very bad neighborhood who were extremely slow/deficient in all things scholastic) just went through a proxy and facebooked from school anyway.

I lived in China for a while in 2009-2010. I had no trouble getting on Atlas. This site is small enough and the topics discussed are generally of very little interest to the Chinese populace, so it can fly under the radar of the internet censors. There's literally one Chinese national in the entire country who uses it, so it's fair to say they have bigger fish to fry.

I made a point when I was in China to go on Atlas and read criticisms of Chinese human rights violations, etc.

But really, the explanation I received was that so few people in China are sufficiently fluent in English that it doesn't matter much. That's why they were also fine with showing V for Vendetta as the in-flight movie and 1984 was the best selling novel in English in Beijing's biggest book store.

And, if anything, people able to speak and read English are likely educated and likely to have already traveled out of China, so, it wouldn't have much impact on them.

As patrick said, I'm Irish but I've been living in Lilongwe for a bit over 4 years now.
Pretty sure I've been the lone poster based on the continent for almost all of that time.
