SAVED: Wisconsin got 2 votes but can not be saved as it was eliminated

A random selection was made between Maryland, Arkansas and Nevada, all of whom got one voted.... Maryland was selected. Maryland can not be voted for elimination until Round 11.

So after five rounds here is the map of the America's State Capitols survivor:


Round 6
For the next four rounds voting will be held by region: West, South, Midwest and Northeast (to be very crude). In this round two state capitols will be eliminated from the Northeast as defined in blue in the map below (states in red have already been eliminated, Maryland is in Green to indicate it can not be voted in this round):

In this round you have 3 points of elimination to distribute and so can vote in three possible ways: 3 votes for one state, 2 votes for one state plus one vote for an another state and 1 vote for three different states. The two states with the highest points at the end of this round will be eliminated.
