He's not wrong. Just look at Bush and Obama, and how badly they aged during their presidencies. Or even Bush Sr. in 1992 after Desert Storm. Or Reagan.

It's funny that Obama arguably put her in a better position to run for President, what with elevating her to Secretary of State and absorbing the worst of the GFC. But I agree that she'll have her work cut out for with campaigning, let alone ISIS, Iraq, and Ukraine.

It will be hilarious for all those avid 2008 John McCain supporters to suddenly come out and start concern-trolling about Clinton's age.

I look forward to seeing Rand Paul have an episode of heat stroke on the campaign trail.

McCain was fine. Reagan was fine. Dole was fine. I'm sure Hillary will be.

McCain was a doddering idiot. Clinton is not that, but she's heading toward the McCain age when he ran for President.

It just as hilarious that Paul's calling Clinton too old whe he endorsed his senile 79 year old father for president.

It won't be as tiring if the party unites around her early.

So the GOP campaign against the attempt at the first woman President is that she is physically weak?

Well, at least they haven't said (yet) that she ought to stay home making cookies for her granddaughter.

Yes, they don't seem to realize how this time is different and that comments like these can irradiate a man running against a woman with independents if they are not careful.

Have to be careful with this, though.  As is, Democrats probably win 35-40% of stay-at-home moms.  The accumulation of questionable Dem comments regarding them has probably already boosted the GOP margin and could make it worse.  You don't really see credible voices on the right saying that it's shameful for women to work outside the home anymore.  But the left is starting to suggest it's shameful not to.  That is going too far IMO.

There's nothing wrong being a stay-at-home mom. There's definitely something wrong with Hillary Clinton being a stay-at-home mom.

Does Ayn forget that his party's messiah Reagan was over 80 when he was elected? Oh, I forgot that women are held to a different standard in politics, despite the fact that women do live longer than men, and whatever happened to that whole "wisdom comes with age" saying? Ayn is a troll, and I can't wait to see Hillary annihilate him.

Unfortunately I doubt she'll get the chance.

Reagan was old, yes, but his Presidency spanned age 69-77.

Let's also all remember that women have a longer life-span than men. But please proceed, Senator.

If Reagan could handle the 'rigorous physical ordeal' of three presidential campaigns (1976, 1980, and 1984), then so can Hillary.  She has already had one (2008), and I don't doubt she can handle two more.

Since and including Reagan, half of the GOP nominees were older than Hillary. W was the only one younger than mid-60s.
