The best was either "Home" or "Squeal" while the worst is a tossup between the wheelchair one and the condom as in CO.

I don't think it was the "best" ad in terms of being most effective, but my personal favorite was Mark Begich's "Ad Ideas"

The ironic this is, from the exit polls, Cotton was still winning religious voters with 60%+. No amount of pandering was going to get them voting D.
