The reform movement is not fueled by vanity.

Congress has decided that slow predictable death for middle class America is preferable to the risks brought by reform. This kind of reasoning is often prevalent during end-of-life decision-making. Congress makes decisions like geriatric citizens......because it is led by geriatric citizens. Younger citizens, Obama included, are not impressed or enamored with the lack of leadership.

The olds are simply externalizing the costs of all of their policies.
