can you chopsticks?

I cannot. We didn't eat much Asian cuisine growing up in semi-rural Ohio (our idea of exotic was Mexican).

So I never learned properly. Now when I end up in a nice Asian restaurant, or hell, even just a sushi train, I fumble around like I don't even know how to use to my own hands, let alone chopsticks. I can feel the steely glares of those around me judging my ineptitude and scoffing.

But, I mean, at least offer the option of a fork and knife, even if you don't have them freely displayed. I shouldn't have to resort to using my hands like some kind of savage.
