FF. Even though like Kay Hagan he comes off as a very moderate, pragmatic guy, Tester's really been a strong supporter of President Obama's agenda which is commendable.

Yeah....because Bob Taft was just so liberal. He really stood up to gun owners when he signed the Ohio conceal carry bill into law and gave the rich the middle finger when he gave them that 21% income tax cut.

Good luck getting that to sink in with any Democrat alive.  LOL, you truly do seem to only care about gun control/restricting Constitutionally protected gun rights when it comes to registering with a party, huh?

Hagan was just voted out of office because all her opponent did was repeat that she voted with Obama 96% of the time Tongue

No gun-control is only the second-most important issue. The first is clearly banning flavoured cigarettes:

That's lower than most senate democrats though....just goes to show how low-information some people are.

I really wanted Hagan to survive, because she is in fact moderate (National Journal calls her the 'most moderate senator') and because I really don't think that a hated house speaker who gutted education is going to be a good Senator. But unfortunately, NC is just too atlas blue in midterms. Hopefully Hagan tries again in 2016 or 2020.
