Not as such, but there are ways that we can rank systems as being closer to representing voters' wishes. FPTP falls close to the bottom of the pack every time.

One of the worst systems. Though not as bad as the electoral college or possibly the worst system, which is "block voting".

It's only good in the sense that it gives underdogs a chance thanks to idiots who think they're joining a movement by throwing their vote away on some third-party candidate.
