Can someone explain how on earth Rutledge won?  Even in a Republican tsunami in Arkansas, how is this possible? Sad

The State House seat Steel represented (District 19) covers Howard, Pike and Clark Counties.

But yeah, pretty disappointing result; I thought it would be at least closer. Most of the other Democrats running statewide didn't even crack 40%, though.

How did she even win her primary though?

Why? What's so bad about her?

Because when you support voter ID but are registered in multiple locations yourself, I imagine you lose credibility.

A bunch of her e-mails also got leaked in which she comes across as an incompetent, sex-crazed, creep who (among other things) apparently enjoys making fun of mentally handicapped victims of domestic violence and people who are injured in car accidents.
