There has been discussion about Paul's not being able to run for both offices but suppose he either doesn't run or runs and loses with a caucus arrangement and therefore is the nominee for Senate, but the GOP nominee picks him as VP in August. Do the Republicans get to select a replacement since you cannot run for two federal offices in KY?
