Sharron Angle is running for Senate. Ah, memories of "you look a little Asian to me" and "2A remedies."

Ralston's question at the end of the piece is fantastic though.

Somehow, in the year or Our Lord 2016, Sharon Angle has a nonzero chance of winning another Republican primary to run for Harry Reid's senate seat.

CD3: Muslim Dem candidate claims that Reid told him not to run because he's Muslim. Reid's team says they only mentioned that it could be used as an attack line by Republicans and encouraged him to seek an Assembly seat or presidential appointment. Ralston to say, the least, isn't buying it and makes a convincing case that this is sour grapes.

Now I really want him to win the primary, just to see Reid react.

Anti-Muslim Reid or Anti-Hispanic Angle?

Tough choice, Nevada.

More Angle hilarity: she literally thought Social Security was in a WV lockbox.

CD3: Sbaih legally changed his name to make Jesse his first name, planned even before entering.

Sad that we live in a country where people have to give up simple parts of their heritage just to feel they have a chance of being elected.

I read the article, and it said he has always been known as "Jesse" to his friends, and wanted to make his name easier to pronounce.

That could be true, but given today's political state I can easily see why he would do it for political reasons and just use that as an excuse.

From the article:
"Sbaih used the name 'Jesse' in Nevada legal documents as far back as 2001, shortly after he arrived in the state."

CD3/4: Tarkanian is crushing Roberson and Sbaih is giving Rosen a run for his money. Potential double whammy for Reid and Sandoval in a few weeks.

Jesse Sbaih has arguably the worst roadside banners I have ever seen.  I'll try to get a photo next time I see one.

I guess Reid will get what he wants in the end, he's such an ass hole so he will do everything he can to make his candidates win.

"Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle said she meant to direct voters to her opponent's website instead of a page full of graphic images of anime characters having sex."
