Definitely option 2. Cuomo probably wouldn't be a bad mod actually, one of the few positions of power I'd be OK with him in. And Inks wouldn't be able to do any real damage as Governor of New York because absolutely no one would take him seriously and the Democrats in the Assembly would actually stand up to him (plus he'd probably ensure a Democratic Senate.)

I'm more concerned about Cuomo as mod. Will he create a rogue coalition with banned trolls to bring Opebo back to be bipartisan?

Absolutely option 2. But I feel like Cuomo would mistake death points with actually killing posters. Which could be productive.
