I have a couple questions.

1. What is Altsomn's platform? Green Party?

2. How is he/she able to make inroads with Republican states like Indiana and in the west while also winning the Northeast?

I think I'm looking too into this anyways.

1. It's mostly a moderate/practical/centrist platform. It could be defined as "radical centrist".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radical_center_%28politics%29

2. Both New England and the West have a big recent history of third-candidate voting. And when a strong third candidate appears, most people don't look too much at the platform; it's more about "protest voting". And these are the places were protest voting is stronger, and so is HE.

Hope I explain myself well ^^

Alright, I think I understand (a little.) So it's just unlikely is what I'm getting at. Personally, I'm just said that Beebe is going to lose because I like him Sad

Well, imagine how a Bush fan must be feeling! Most of the Mountains with Stmarken and many Southern states with Beebe.
