Haha, interestingly with me its kinda the opposite: I applied to intern with her several times but wasn't accepted (because I didn't have connections to her family). I went on to, er, better things anyway, but that was always kinda the one thing I didn't like about Landrieu. From what I hear, type of favoritism is pretty common on the Hill, though. I'm sure I'll have a long rant after the election where I'll talk a bit more about it.

But no. I just think Landrieu is the best Senator and its a shame to see her being punished like this.
