It didn't help Fitzgerald or Goodman, the effect seems to only hurt democrats.
If democrats actually voted at presidential rates Landrieau could win, but there is no reason to expect large numbers of people who didn't vote on election day to vote in the runoff.

No. The runoffs in LA-5 and LA-6 should boost Republican turnout, if anything. Landrieu is likely going to get Blanched.

Indeed.  They came out to help bail out Sam Brownback. 

They'll vote in the runoff.
