I kind of think Bushie actually WANTS to get fired. Then he can return to Tulsa full time to "look for a job" and spend 15 minutes a day looking for and sending out applications and the rest of the day watching fourth-tier college football teams on his super-deluxe cable package and napping.

Yes; specifically people criticizing him for not cancelling his $200/month cable subscription his parents are forced to pay for.

The wraps mean nothing anyway if he's been pushing his caloric intake onto other meals. If he ever wants real change, he has to change all three meals and start exercising; but we know he won't do that.

The weight loss advice being distributed here is incredibly mixed up, often contradictory, and seldom put forward in a positive manner. Bushie is never going to lose weight by listening to this confused thread.

More than once, we referred him to your excellent post describing how you lost it.......maybe I'll search and post it again....truly excellent.

Well, see, weight loss isn't Bushie's only health issue. Normally, I'd be a-okay with diet cokes and cold cuts, but his headache issue means aspartame and high sodium intake are huge no-nos. Also, I'd normally be against people who fry their veggies in butter and top it off with cheese or who need whipped cream on their fruit, but his nutrient intake is so poor that it'd be an improvement.

He needs to be as strict as possible, as jarring as such a lifestyle change may be. He honestly has nothing to lose. Certainly not a job. Certainly not any joy.

Fat camp may be in order, especially if he gets canned here.
