I'd like to see him cut out carbs entirely and watch the weight fall off, but I know he won't do that or diet for that matter. I'm not saying diet in thanksgiving, but thinking Golden Corral is a healthy alternative just makes me lolololol

I posted some links to healthy places in Tulsa; he ignored them. He really refuses to actually change the way he eats. He thinks by just rearranging the ratio of Braums to Golden Corral he eats that'll be enough.

Yes Bushie isn't interested in dieting. He knows it and so do I. He doesn't know the first thing about eating healthy because he's lived his entire life in Oklahoma where no one knows how to eat properly and of you try to diet, people will think you're sick or a gay.

It doesn't help Bushie has the pallate of a child and only likes burgers, fries and soda.

Since when does bowling burn off 600 calories? Hell, even running a few miles only burns off a couple hundred.

Otherwise, who cares. We know he's not going to diet because his version of "dieting" is having no fries with his cheeseburger as opposed to eating a vegetable or drinking water.

We really need to quit hounding him on his eating. The guy isn't going to change because it requires effort, and because his entire family eats garbage all the time, and he knows no different.

The way things are is this: Bushie's grandma cooks and does it all for him and she fixes country cooking much like my grandfather does. A lot of potatoes, fatty meat, butter, fat, etc. Because Bushie is helpless, he can't tell her NOT to cook for him, because what will he eat? Fast food. He may as well eat what she makes him.

Lean meats and vegetables are things no one in his family eats, so why do we expect him to do it? They'd think he was getting sick or worse, that he was a gay, if he dared ask to eat something like we ask him to do.

I'm fine with diet soda. I drink it all the time, especially diet cokes, man, I can't give those up.

Just cut out the carbs, all of them, no bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, sugar. Just do it. You'll lose weight. I rarely eat bread/potatoes or many carbs aside from a few things. It's just my normal diet now. I can't tell you the last time I had a sandwich or a bowl of pasta, although I still have pizza on occasion, and pie around the holiday season, but it's the holidays, and I'm not a fat, so I can do it sometimes.
