You're not going to behave yourself. I know you. You still refuse to eat vegetables. No weight loss will happen without vegetables in every meal. Sorry, friend.

He's going to Focus on Weight Loss, thinking really skinny thoughts while eating pop tarts and ham sandwiches.

I need to eat more vegetables and I will do so.  Maybe not every single meal, but most meals.  As far as exercise, I need to make the time to do it.

No. Make plans to eat vegetables with every meal. That way, when you fall short of your plan, you still eat vegetables most of the time. Always commit to it.

Green Giant steamers are more expensive than other frozen veggies, but Bushie can make them in the microwave.

Chick-Fil-A can be healthier. The normal fried chicken sandwich or nuggets are not healthy. But their salad and grilled chicken sandwiches are terrific. It's very simple: you have to eat fruit and vegetables. There are fruit and vegetables at fast food places. If you choose to eat them, fast food can be healthy. If you don't, it is not.

I'm still not seeing any healthy change, but I will keep telling you the truth for you to know it.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are connected and cannot be separated.

In that case, what are your thoughts on non-Christians who celebrate Thanksgiving?

Or non-American Christians who don't celebrate Thanksgiving?

My recommendation is that you can eat wherever you want as long as what you eat hasfruits and vegetables other than iceberg lettuce. Bushie hasn't picked up on the latter part of my statement.  Until he does we can send him to vegan joint and he'll walk out eating only pasta.

15 straight gutterballs.  that is one heck of a metaphor.

I wonder if his fellow bowlers were trying to give him advice and he responded with "I am doing NOTHING wrong"

A 9? In bowling? How does that even happen?

Bushie's lack of exercise has given him the muscles of a 3 year old.

Bushie, you might want to play with the bumpers the next time around.

His parents give him bumpers for everything else in his life.

Stuffing is just soggy bread. No need to get uptight about whether it was from a box or "fresh."

HockeyDude, don't bother. If Bushie at all cared for spinach and tomatoes, he wouldn't be so fat. The only options in the world are Whataburger and ham sandwiches.

Well, Bushie certainly has no problem eating spaghetti and pizza so he clearly doesn't hate the taste of tomatoes.

The problem is there is no one around to make him spinach that would taste good and he has no curiosity to make it himself. I seriously doubt Mama and Grandma are good cooks. Bushie claims they are but his only metric is them vs. McDonalds. They seem to make the same 2-3 things over and over. The things they do make are not that hard. Roast, corn, and mashed potatoes are novice recipes.

The only spinach he's probably ever had is from a can/frozen pack boiled. He's never going to like vegetables if that is all he can get.

Bushie, you should start eating white Wonder bread. It's really healthy as opposed to whole wheat bread which is really bad for you and you should absolutely not eat at all.

White bread is so, sooo healthy. It's like practically eating a vegetable, (except vegetables are really unhealthy treats, of course)

Drinking Coca-Cola is also really healthy. Anyone who drinks Coke looks like a liberal vegan pussy. It's so healthy.

Whatever you do start eating healthy foods like white bread, sugar, and beef more and avoid unhealthy treats like vegetables, whole wheat, and lean chicken as much as possible. Okay?

Bushie - how about this - lunch was 2 hardboiled eggs, salad with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, radishes, green onion and cauliflower....oil and balsamic dressing?

He'll do that but sub out everything after the word eggs with toast.
