Well, this bill seems pretty sensible and straightforward to me... Probably the only thing I have a problem is the every month clause... Wouldn't it make more sense to vote on them just during regular federal elections, that is Senate and Presidential Elections, simply because otherwise we would have too many ballots in general, with possibly one every month? But that's just my input, I don't have that big a problem with the current version.
