Saskatoon, the more time I've spent in the South the more I know I don't want to live here.

Voted Dallas, but if it were Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal, Winnipeg or Vancouver, I'd go with one of them.

Not sure how the economy is in Dallas, but Saskatchewan is experiencing a boom right now, especially Saskatoon.

I've never been to Saskatchewan, let alone Saskatoon, but I think my answer here is obvious.

Interesting, what is driving the boom?

Traffic would be better as well.

Tough call, and I hope I don't ever have to choose. I can't do the metaphorical tundra.

Dallas, then, because it's not frozen over 10 months out of the year.

I can't even imagine what the wind would be like in Saskatoon from about November to April or May.

Tough call, since I'm a Cowboys fan and have lots of relatives in Texas (and I love the food), but I also despise its history and culture.  My grandpa (whom I never met) was also born in Saskatchewan.

Probably slight advantage Dallas, since it's in the States.

At least Dallas has food and culture. And is within driving distance of Austin. And there's gotta be some nice, walkable neighborhoods with cool bars and whatnot (though I could be wrong on this). Saskatoon is nearby nowhere and has nothing culturally, so I dunno what y'all really plan on doing once you get your free healthcare.

On the one hand Saskatoon has a park named Leif Erikson Park. On the other hand I already live in Dallas and wouldn't have to move, plus I already know my way around town.

I voted Dallas.
