I'm in full support as well. I'm stunned to say the least that this wasn't added when the D,WMGO? Amendment, Sec. I Clause 9 was passed given the huge similarities between the two.

Amendment is friendly of course, but it is worth noting the Constitution has nothing on Archduke or Governor activity. This would be the chance to add something on those offices, as well if the Althing and sponsor, Cris, are in agreement to this.
