Yes. I doubt even Cuomo is evil enough to keep running concentration camps in North Korea and Kim Jong-un would end up being a pretty ineffective and overall powerless Governor of New York.

North Korea becomes more benevolent dictatorship (ie, gives a legitmate reason for people rather than summary execution) under Cuomo, while Kim Jong-un is defeated 2018 by a white man (party unknown). (look we're a racist country, and unless we flat out kill/disenfranchise all the white people, that isn't changing.... so we might as deal with it)

No.  If Kim were Governor of New York, Dennis Rodman would be relevant for the next four years.  Nothing is worth that.

Probably.

I'd imagine Cuomo would do a better job in North Korea, and that Kim Jong-Un wouldn't last long as Governor of New York. It would make for some interesting headline if it's widely assumed a Governor had a mental break.
