If I may but in, I am not sure if this would be a problem ever, but you may wish to add some language that districts cannot share states. It may a district slightly larger than the other but it would make it difficult to determine who is in what Senate District if a state is shared.

After GAWorth's issue has been addressed do you think we are ready to put this proposal to a final vote?

Since it's been open for 5 days, the bill PASSES.

Senator Bore, would you introduce the amendment to the Senate on behalf of the commission?
