I say he's in, and will win the Governor race, Dems desperately want him to do this. Carte Goodwin will have a smooth sailing for reelection in 2018.

That's one seat and besides Tester's seat, that are the most vulnerable, due to Gov Bullock brusing appointment over Walsh, spanning over several election cycles 2014 senate, 2016 gov and 2018 senate again.

Far from a hack, an objective Democrat.

Well, put this baby to rest Manchin, isn't gonna be a figurehead in WVA, he runs for reelection. Gov-Elect Morrisey will be in Charleston.

If 2018 is as strong a Republican year as it could be, this is still not terrible news. Manchin can and should be beaten in a newly super Republican West Virginia.

Heidi Heitkamp and Nevada with Dean Heller seems to be more likely. ND was the one that Byron Dorgan had to retire from.

WVa is out of reach for GOP with Manchin.

Justice is clearly the favorite to win now. This will be clearly an upset, due to republican nature of WVa.

Still rooting for Justice to be the nominee, both Kessler and Goodwin are fine candidates but they can't self fund. And would rather see the DGA focusing on MT, NC, & MO while Justice can still keep WV competitive with his $$.

Dems need to get Dunne & especially Van Ostern, in first, GOP are leading in NC, because NH os key for a Clinton prez, and a Dem senate.
