Hillary wins even more easily since the 30-40% not supporting her become extremely splintered.

As for the GOP primary...someone could win the Iowa caucus without breaking 10%.

Obviously some would have to drop out and some become the anti-Hillary.

If the GOP had the Democrats rules, I'm not sure what would happen with the delegates. I think there's a bug in the rules if no one gets 15%.
