Actually, yes.  I usually refer to the Rutgers-Camden campus and the surrounding area, where I spent nearly all of my time in college doing debauched crap, as "The Bad Place".  Friends find it amusing, but I never take credit if asked where I got it from.

For reasons that have nothing to do with the food, Denny's (or rather one particular Denny's) will always be The Good Place to me.

If I were to name anything The Bad Place, it would be Update.

I taught at Camden's Rutgers campus for a semester many years ago.  The students in my class at the time were quite good.  But yeah, Camden would merit the label.

For me, a slow midnight train from Stuttgart to Amsterdam in January about twenty years ago wins the award.
