Sponsor: Representative Barnes

Debate on this bill will last for 72 hours, or until 10:50 PM on Saturday, November 26, unless otherwise modified or extended. The sponsor has 36 hours to advocate for this proposed legislation. If he does not, this bill will be tabled as there is other pending legislation in the queue.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. This is a reintroduced version of the previously debated bill; I've updated the text to include the most recently used version of the voting booth opening post, with the exclusion of the NOTA option. I can talk more in the bill later, but will be unable to speak for it Thursday because of Thanksgiving.

The voting period is now over. By a vote of 3-0, this bill passes and goes to the governor for his signature or veto.
