For me, its my middle school years-considering as it was a good balance between relative maturity and lots of free time compared to high school. I sometimes really wish I could go back to then and do a lot more things then I actually did.

Senior year of high school was fun. I was in great shape and everyone had that "we're all going our separate ways after this" love going on.

Probably junior year of high school, wherein I was happiest about my school (both curricular and extra-curricular) life and my social life, and perhaps my closest point to feeling any sort of romantic love for a person (albeit totally unrequited).

People saying middle school are insane obviously.

May I ask how this occurred?  Smiley

At my age? Late undergrad years, early grad years. General nostalgia for 1997-2000, though.

I guess it is kind of silly considering I did have a pretty good time in the latter half of high school when I had my first sexual experiences and started experimenting with drugs but I just have extremely fond memories of 7th grade for some reason. I dunno, I guess I just had very few worries or cares. I didn't really hit puberty until 8th grade so I wasn't worried about girls and my academic workload was extremely light as opposed to my high school which was very rigorous and stressful. Idk, thinking about it I suppose high school was more enjoyable but in middle school I had a feeling of contentment and ease you can never really get back.

Nothing.
I genuinely like my current life. My years in High School were quite good too though.

I would choose a six-month solo deployment to the Burmese jungle over another week in middle school. Utterly bizarre that anyone would wish for it.
Yep, Middle School was terribad for just about everyone I know involved. Besides my two eighth grade teachers and my science teacher.

4th Grade or Senior Year of High School, one of those two. But 3/4 of undergrad has done me well (time will tell with this final year).

4th Grade was carefree, my teacher was one of the best, I made my first real friend [bully issues years before], and an excellent art class.

Senior Year was when I was the most free, I had affordable transportation for what I needed, I had a budget I could always see every day, I was taking up Ceramics, little homework, and lots of great eateries opened up that year...and I didn't give a darn about romance. And only the wonders of undergrad awaited.

7th grade was actually pretty decent, and I have pretty fond memories of it. It was the first time I really had a decent close friend group, and that was really excellent. My English teacher was really good. Plus it was a horrible winter and so there was a total of 28 days cancelled of school.

I have a few actually

One would obviously be senior year of high school, which was last year, amazing time.

Both the summers of 2012/2013 as they were pretty much the last normal summers of my life, as shortly after summer of 13' my parents separated.

And pretty much anytime playing baseball with my friends, whether it be when I was 10, or during senior year.
