I would ask the Senate to at least modify Section 2.10, I don't think the present text is ready for a final vote and I would have to veto if the current version is the one sent to my desk.

Basically I changed 1.1 to address Polnut's concern about a blank cheque, and adjusted 2.10 to just ban dress codes that discriminate between men and women. (The vice versa is scored because it's implied already)

This is injurious to religious freedom. Where are the reasonable accommodations for pastors preaching and laymen preaching what their religious conscience dictates without fear of governmental retaliation? They aren't there. Please reconsider this signature and redraft the bill with clauses protecting religious conscience and freedom.
