I was runner-up in the October 2012 presidential election--however as Napoleon seems to have been a sock of Hamilton all along, I should be considered the rightful winner of that election. I would like to see my ban on officeholding overturned and I demand that I be rightfully instated as President of Atlasia--or at the very least to retroactively have been considered President over Napoleon's second term (the latter seems more likely).

Well, I guess I could see the merit in a symbolic resolution (I suppose we would need one for Tyrion as well in that case), although I should point out that this doesn't change the events of the Atlasian Civil Conflict, so getting rid of the officeholding ban via, say, a pardon, is not something I really intend to do.

Where is this supposed law that says that the presidency would fall to Snowstalker?  Unless we are going to invalidate the entire election - which would require a new election, not a coronation of the runner up - any vacancy or incapacity in the president means the office is taken up by the VP.

When it came to Atlasia Hamilton/Napoleon was a sociopathic, manipulative, creepy, dishonest and abusive character almost from day one. Yet, many of our active players all across the political spectrum happily glossed over that and were eager to seek his friendship and support. 

For all the justified criticism the Federalist Party has had to face lately it must be noted that the Federalists expelled Hamilton/Napoleon from their party when he tried to join. The leaders of the Labor Party, however, didn't seem to have similar qualms when Hamilton/Napoleon knocked on their door and soon accepted him as one of their own - as their "comrade".

If his avatar were still blue, his policies were still conservative and his name were still "Hamilton", I'm sure he would have found a cozy little home within the Federalist Party all the same.
