My answer is basically the same as for reality. Objective morality does exist, but no one can directly have access to it. Just as our senses guide us in trying to (imperfectly) comprehend reality, our emotions and reason guide us in trying to approach morality.

In more concrete terms, I'd say Kant's categorical imperative serves as a good starting point.
