Another potential candidate:

Columbus Mayor Michael B. Coleman will not seek re-election in 2015, with some rumors stating he's being recruited by national Democrats to run against Portman.


Ted Strickland is also apparently considering a run.

Former Gov. Ted Strickland will decide within 2 months.


It sounds like he's interested, but might defer to Coleman and Ryan.
