Here are my guesses:
Eisenhower: Roosevelt (obvious)
Stevenson: Wilson (obvious)
Kennedy: Wilson
Nixon: Roosevelt
Johnson: Wilson
Goldwater: Taft
Humphrey: Wilson
McGovern: Wilson
Carter: Wilson
Ford: Roosevelt
Reagan: Taft?
Mondale: Wilson
Bush: Taft?
Dukakis: Wilson
Clinton: Wilson or Roosevelt
Perot: Roosevelt?
Dole: Taft
Bush: Either Taft or Roosevelt
Gore: Wilson
Kerry: Wilson
Obama: Wilson
McCain: Roosevelt (obvious)
Romney: Taft

I can see many of these voting for Roosevelt on foreign issues, like Bush Jr. especially. Some of these like Obama may like Obama, but wouldn't like his foreign views.

Somehow I doubt Obama would fall over himself to vote for Wilson ...

Agreed to be honest, I can't see him voting enthusiastically for any if the candidates.

Remember that TR's Progressive platform was incredibly radical even by to-day's standards.

Um Eisenhower was old enough to actually vote in 1912,I'm sure you could find who he voted for after some research. But candidates born after 1891 will work fine.

This does make it a little uneven so I'll divide it by party.

GOP

Wilkie: Wilson (was in fact a Wilsonian Democrat before FDR,but not old enough in 1912)
Dewey: Taft
Nixon: Wilson
Goldwater: Taft
Ford: Taft
Reagan: Taft
Bush: Wilson
Dole: Taft
Dubya: Wilson
McCain: Roosevelt
Romney: Taft

Dems

Stevenson: Wilson
Kennedy: Wilson
Johnson: Wilson
Humphrey: Roosevelt
McGovern: Wilson (because of TR's warmongering)
Carter: Wilson
Mondale: Roosevelt
Dukakis: Roosevelt
Clinton: Wilson
Gore: Wilson
Kerry: Wilson
Obama: Roosevelt

Significant 3rd Parties

Thurmond: Wilson
Wallace: Wilson
Anderson: Taft
Perot: Taft

He grew up in Kansas, which makes me think his family were probably Republicans. According to Wikipedia, his mother was a pacifist for religious reasons, so she probably would have preferred Taft to Roosevelt.

Obama has made many favorable references to TR over the course of his presidency, and since as a black man he sure as hell wouldn't have voted for a Democrat in 1912, I think voting for a Progressive Republican is the only logical thing for him.

Humphrey and McCain vote Roosevelt. The other nominees mainly stay with their party's candidates.  W.E.B. DuBois supported Wilson in 1912 so a black person could definitely have voted Democrat then, and Obama would most likely go for the university president over the rough rider.   For third party candidates: Thurmond, George Wallace and Nader vote Wilson. Anderson and Perot vote Taft. Henry Wallace almost surely voted for Roosevelt.
