I was looking at the parish breakdown and found something I thought interesting; David Duke won more votes in Orleans in 1990 (30,123) than Romney did in 2012 (28,003).  From my cursory glance it looks like the only county where this is the case.

(For comparison, the totals for Johnston in 1990 are 110,397 and Obama in 2012 at 126,722)

Edit: Duke and Johnston beat Romney and Obama in St. Bernard, with Duke gaining 10,044 votes on Romney.
