As much as I love(well, loved since it's banned now) shark-fin soup, it was the wrong decision.

I'll note that while this case commonly gets cited when discussing civil forfeiture because the name is just so damn funny, it's not really the best example since: 1-Most would agree the government was actually in the right here morally and 2-The forfeiture actually failed.
