The House votes for President by state delegations not by members.  How many states did each party control?  To be elected President someone needs to get the plurality of votes in at least 26 states?

As A Wisconsinite myself, I think this timeline is great. Only problem is that E.W. vs. S.W. with similar policies that have been implemented with Walker, would not bold well for him.
