Ernst.  Hope she doesn't turn out to be another Palin or Bachmann who makes a laughing stock of conservative women.

Conservative women already are a laughing stock.
Oh, yes, because everyone goes around laughing at Collins, Murkowski, and Martinez. Some conservative women are laughingstocks, mind you, but not ALL of them.

Gardner. He shouldn't even be going to the upper chamber, but he is on account of his fake views and soon-to-be broken promises.

Tillis and Lankford are also among my least new favorites for obvious reasons.

Gardner is going to be fairly moderate once he gets to the senate. Just watch. In the 4th district, he could afford to be more or less aligned with the Tea Party, but now that he holds a statewide office in which reelection isn't automatic, as a result of campaigning as a moderate, I expect him to move substantially to the left of where he was in the house, unless he actually WANTS to lose in six years, which I doubt.

Not necessarily.

Sorry, when I answered Ernst, I was only thinking of the new GOP senators.  Out of all of them, I'd have to say Peters.  He ran such a dirty, nasty, sexist campaign against Terri Lynn Land (a good woman) that I have no other choice.

I agree Peters isn't that great, but Land was not a good woman. She's a huge part of why Michigan didn't go GOP in the Senate this midterm.
She supports free and fair trade, as well as equal pay.  I'd say she's a pretty good woman, but she was a horrible candidate.  Because she was a mainstream conservative woman (and not a Tea Party loop like Palin, Bachmann, etc.), Democrats saw her as a threat, and so they threw the kitchen sink at her.  They carpet-bombed us with false, sexist attack ads claiming she was waging a "war on women."  Peters even got in on the act when he said that Land couldn't be trusted as a Senator because she was a mom.

Tillis

I considered Ernst, but she at least might bring some entertainment.

Ernst. She is beyond terrifying, to the point that I would gladly prefer Sarah Palin over her.
