Gerrymandering (which is partially natural due to Democrats packing into cities) helps the people, as it allows most people to be represented by people who share their values.
This is actually a pretty good point.

Almost all of the votes still out seem to be in New Orleans. TNVol's prediction of 58-42 could very much still come true.
