I'm speaking about wearing dynamites and grenades freely. Not necessary a felon, and that would be dangerous.

What does it mean to "wear dynamites"? Honestly not sure what this means - I've never seen anybody wearing dynamite except as some sort of suicide vest, and presumably suicide bombers aren't too interested in obeying the Constitution.

There is a lobby for guns, so why not a lobby for grenades and dynamite too?

Because very few civilians have any reason to purchase grenades and dynamite? You can't defend your home or self with it while still maintaining some reasonable level of personal safety. Really, you're addressing a problem that doesn't exist.

is this an anime reference?

Windjammer, an "arm" just means a weapon or armament.  When people talk about supplying rebels with "arms" they do not just mean guns.  The use of the term predates the introduction of guns.  And your amendment here says that the right to such arms "shall not be infringed."

That's why considering only crazy people are interested to have "grenades" and "dynamite", it would be great not to have this right protected by the constitution.

Of course shua, but that's still an ,"improvement" because there would be the notion of "well regulated", "the right of bearing an arm" alone= every gun control measure, even the least controversial, I believe, could be struck down if someone challenges it in the court.

It has passed in 4 regions: Midwest, Mideast, Pacific and Northeast.

So, this has been adopted?

We really ought to have a process for certifying the adoption of amendments.

In general the process of ratification is not taken as seriously as it should be.
