"PHOENIX - Police officers called one of their own a hero on Monday after she pulled a seated teenager back from the edge of a roof four stories off the ground in downtown Phoenix."

There's no evidence this girl was in any danger and was just sitting on the roof listening to music. She was apparently startled by her "rescue."

If anything, it's just a more comical example of intrusive police overreaction.
