if sitting around the house, no more than half a day.  if I have a full day activity it's not hard -- I'd still carry a phone, but it's not a Smartphone.  no fun & games, strictly communication.

I suppose I could go a week or two, but I have no real reason to want to.

A weekend camping, realistically.  I'd be fine... even for a 3-dayer.

I survived 2.5 months of doing this in India when I stayed with my grandparents, so basically forever.

Not long. I wouldn't have known the Victoria's secret fashion show was on tonight without electronics, and what a tragedy that would've been.

Without any electronics?  Not even a flashlight?

Now that I'm done being pedantic, I think I could go for awhile without any electronic media devices, probably the rest of my life if I had to.  I'll vote option two, since that's about the point I would start to get seriously annoyed with it.  Of course, you should keep in mind that I'm someone who absolutely loves reading books, newspapers, and magazines in print, and who plans to keep reading daily newspapers loyally as long as they remain available.  For about a half a week in March 2012, my family's internet went out, and it honestly wasn't that bad.  In fact, I rather enjoy being without internet, since I simply have less information at my fingertips, making it that much easier to decide which things to listen to, read, or watch.

As for power outages, they aren't that bad for me, because a) my family has natural gas heating, so I don't have to worry about freezing when we don't have power, b) we have plenty of flashlights and candles to read by, so I can enjoy my favorite medium as much as I want, even if it's dark outside, and c) I also own two battery-powered radios, and that is my second favorite medium after print.  I also enjoy the challenge of getting information I would normally get online (for instance, during the most recent power outage at my house, I learned that Eric Cantor had lost his primary by listening to an AM all-news radio station from New York via skywave propagation, having missed the opportunity to hear the on-the-hour news, which was the only time I could have heard news on a local station at that time of night.).

When I'm in the house and the computer's around, less than a day, but I've done it for weeks when on holidays.

I spent the majority of my life without cell phones, pc's, laptops, etc.......but damn man I'd miss them in a day or two really bad, but I probably could hold out a few weeks, max.  I'm caught up in this stuff.

I could probably go camping. But even then I'd probably listen to the radio on the drive.

That wouldn't count.  Radios have been around forever....I'm looking at the more modern day gizmos.

Back in the summer of 2001 I went off the grid for over two months.  No email, mobile phone, or any of that.  Glad for the break.

In the summer of 2009 I went for about a month without internet or mobile phone.

I have to remove myself from them physically, though.  In the past, the only way I avoided on-line electronics was to travel thousands of miles from home and not take any of that stuff with me.  I have no trouble walking past a public library or internet house.  But if I'm in my office or home I tend to go on-line all day every day.

I voted for the not-quite-forever option (a week or so).

The longest I've went without Internet was 1 week. This was in 2011. I was at my great-grandpa's (he's sadly died in 2012) house in India. All my other relatives in India had Internet access, so I was fine for the rest of the trip.

I also went without Internet for three days one months ago when I went camping. It was very tough, but I survived.

I use the Internet a lot more now than I did back in 2011 (obviously), so today the most I could go without internet is probably 3-5 days.

A day at most, but even that's very uncomfortable for me. I'd need to be kept very busy to go without for that long.
