Yes, they are. Either you support the right of women to have an abortion, or you don't.

There's really not more than two sides to this issue, no matter what you'd like to tell yourself to the contrary. Supporting "restrictions on abortion except for rape, the life of the mother, or incest," is not supporting the right of an abortion. It means you oppose abortion rights, but would like to give yourself a little wiggle room if someone you know ever gets in a situation whereby you would need to be able to adjust your hypocritical, misogynistic viewpoint on the subject to help you sleep at night.

I like Charlie Crist's opinion on abortion:

Try to change hearts, not laws on this issue.  Try to give women all the access they need to abortion facilities but at the same time make sure they are given the opportunity for adoption, etc.  Increase funding for adoption as well as Planned Parenthood, which does a very good job (from what I understand) in terms of educating women on all their options, of which adoption, abortion, and assistance with/planning for taking care of the child whichever the mother chooses.

But at the same time, abortions in the third trimester, and sometimes even in the second are questionable.  I know that they constituted a very small percentage of abortions prior to the Partial Term Abortion Act in 2003 - obviously there should be exceptions in the case of endangerment to life of the mother, but by this point in the pregnancy the mother should probably have determined her plan of action when it comes to terminating the pregnancy, which should be done, prior to the development of the fetus' sensory organs

Option 1, and access should be expanded and subsidized for the poorest among us.

I'd be against the right to terminate the life of an unborn child if men were the ones who get pregnant too, so I hardly see what this topic has to do with misogyny... (but I understand that it's a useful line).

Denying women the right to control their own bodies is misogynistic.

Denying women the right to control their own bodies is misogynistic.

Denying someone the right to live is the ultimate denial of rights.  IIRC isn't it your position that abortions are okay right before birth as well?
