On the other hand, Juncker made some statements about the infamous laws on evictions in Spain showing certain bewilderment. However, feeling astonished towards blatant injustice is a matter of common sense and Juncker is a Horrible Politician.

Yes that's why I polled it. The fact that the EU is presided by a man who faciliated mass corporate tax evasion - causing at least some of the strife that is currently wrecking various economies is shameful.
