In this round, unlike the previous ones, only 3 flags are to be eliminated. Please vote 3, 2, 1 in order of preference. The three flags with the highest vote points will be eliminated.
Also at the end of this round three flags are to be saved and excluded from voting for at least five rounds, vote -1, -2, -3 in order of preference. The three flags with the lowest vote points will be saved, with their length of exclusion being determined on their position. The minus votes and positive votes will be tallied up together.

For this, and the following four rounds, the remaining twenty-nine flags are to be divided into four groups of six and one of five from which in each round three will be eliminated. The groups are drawn geographically and are as follows:

Caucasus Group: Chechnya, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar, North Ossetia-Alania, Stavropol, Kalmykia
Eastern Group: Buryatia, Sakha, Tuva, Kamchatka, Yamalo-Nenets, Khanty-Mansi
Southern Group: Bashkortostan, Chelyabinsk, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Kurgan, Kirov
Northern Group: Komi, Arkhangelsk, Nenets, Murmansk, Yaroslavl, Leningrad
Central Russia Group: Kaluga, Tver, Kursk, Mordovia, Novogorod

In each of the next five rounds one of these groups will be chosen from to pick three to be eliminated. In each round, like the last one, you will vote in a 3-2-1 pattern with the flag with most vote points at the end eliminated. Each voter can also use a -1 vote to take away vote points from one flag of choice that (s)he doesn't wish to see eliminated.
